La Habra — we did it.  The commanding lead we established on Election Day expanded to a decisive victory over my opponent, Guadalupe Lara.  The hidden agenda of Candidates Lara and Pritchard, funded by developers, special-interest PACs and supported by disgruntled former Councilman Tim Shaw, has been defeated.  They sent FIVE false, attack mails against former Mayor Jose Medrano, which backfired spectacularly.

On December 19th, I was sworn-in to my new two-year term, and then honored by an appointment as Mayor Pro-Tem of La Habra.  The people of La Habra stood with me, former Mayor Medrano, Mayor Gomez, and our friends and neighbors for what matters;  public-safety, new parks, good roads, a balanced budget and a bright future for our Caring Community.

Election Day was a great day for La Habra, and a new beginning.  Expect the most from me and this entire City Council going forward.  We will deliver.
